These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Sonixifi, including our mobile application, website, AI-powered image analysis features, audio/video generation features, account systems, storage features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
Sonixifi is a product and service of Sonixpace Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (also styled Sonixpace Teknoloji A. Ş.) (“Sonixifi,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its service address at Üniversiteler Mah. İhsan Doğramacı Blv. No: 31 İç Kapı No: 20, Çankaya/Ankara, 06800, Türkiye.
Before creating or first using an account, you must affirmatively accept the then-current version of these Terms and separately confirm that you are at least 18 years old. The controls must be unchecked by default. If you do not agree or cannot truthfully make the age confirmation, do not use the Service. Acceptance and age confirmation are recorded for compliance purposes; an age self-declaration is not verified age.
1. What Sonixifi Does
Sonixifi allows users to upload images and use AI-assisted systems to analyze visual scenes and generate related audio, spatial audio, video, or other media outputs.
The Service may process uploaded images using automated systems, third-party service providers, cloud infrastructure, AI models, moderation tools, and storage systems.
Sonixifi is an experimental creative tool. The Service is not intended for identity verification, biometric identification, medical analysis, legal analysis, security screening, or any other high-risk use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Sonixifi must block upload and generation unless the account has a current recorded minimum-age confirmation. Sonixifi is not directed to children or persons under 18.
You may not use the Service if you are legally prohibited from using it, if we previously suspended or terminated your account, or if your use would violate applicable law.
You may not upload images of minors. If Sonixifi later allows minor-related content, separate parental/guardian consent and additional safeguards will be required.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it up to date.
You must notify us immediately at sonixifisupport@sonixpace.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal risk, abuse the Service, attempt to bypass safety systems, or upload prohibited content.
4. User Content
“User Content” means any image, file, text, prompt, metadata, feedback, or other material you upload, submit, create, or provide through the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Sonixifi does not claim ownership of your uploaded images.
However, by uploading User Content, you grant Sonixifi a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transform, display, transmit, and use your User Content solely as necessary to provide, secure, improve, troubleshoot, and operate the Service, enforce these Terms, comply with law, and protect users and third parties.
Sonixifi does not itself use uploaded images to train a Sonixifi-owned general-purpose AI model. The Service currently uses the unpaid quota of the Google Gemini API. Subject to the terms that apply to the user’s region and service configuration, Google may use submitted content and generated responses to provide, improve, and develop Google products, services, and machine-learning technologies, and human reviewers may process API input and output. Do not upload sensitive, confidential, or personal information that is not necessary for the requested generation. See the Privacy Policy for the current provider and data-use disclosure.
5. Upload Rules and User Representations
By uploading an image, you represent and warrant that:
- The image is of you, or you have all necessary rights and explicit permission from every identifiable person in the image.
- The image does not depict a minor.
- The image is not illegal, exploitative, abusive, harassing, non-consensual, or otherwise prohibited by these Terms.
- You have the legal right to upload and process the image through an AI system.
- Your upload does not violate privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual duties, platform rules, or applicable law.
- You are not uploading the image for stalking, harassment, sexual exploitation, impersonation, blackmail, fraud, doxxing, surveillance, or other harmful purposes.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of uploading, processing, sharing, downloading, or distributing it.
6. Strictly Prohibited Content
You may not upload, create, request, process, store, share, or attempt to generate content that includes or promotes:
- Child sexual abuse material, child exploitation, sexualized depictions of minors, or any content involving minors in a sexual, abusive, exploitative, or unsafe context.
- Nude, sexual, intimate, or suggestive images of a person uploaded without that person’s explicit consent.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic content, “revenge porn,” deepfake sexual content, or attempts to sexualize a real person without consent.
- Images of minors, even if non-sexual, unless Sonixifi has expressly enabled such use with separate safeguards and legally valid consent.
- Human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, grooming, or abuse.
- Graphic violence, torture, mutilation, gore, self-harm, suicide instructions, or content encouraging physical harm.
- Terrorist, extremist, or violent criminal material.
- Content used for fraud, impersonation, identity theft, phishing, scams, blackmail, or deception.
- Content that violates another person’s privacy, image rights, publicity rights, copyright, trademark rights, or other rights.
- Content containing illegal goods, illegal services, controlled substances, weapons misuse, or instructions for criminal activity.
- Hate, harassment, threats, bullying, or targeted abuse.
- Attempts to bypass Sonixifi’s moderation, safety systems, rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
- Any other content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Service.
We have zero tolerance for child exploitation and non-consensual intimate content.
7. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We may use automated systems, human review, third-party moderation services, hashing technologies, safety classifiers, abuse reports, metadata, and account signals to detect, prevent, restrict, or remove prohibited content.
We may, without prior notice:
- Reject, block, or delete uploads.
- Refuse to generate or deliver outputs.
- Remove generated content.
- Limit account features.
- Suspend or terminate accounts.
- Preserve relevant information where legally required or permitted.
- Report suspected illegal content to law enforcement, regulatory authorities, child-safety organizations, platform providers, or other appropriate entities where required or permitted by law.
- Cooperate with valid legal requests.
We are not obligated to monitor all content, and we do not guarantee that all harmful content will be detected. However, we reserve the right to review content and activity to protect users, third parties, Sonixifi, and the public.
8. Reporting Abuse
If you believe content, output, or user activity violates these Terms, you can report it through:
In-app reporting: Open the generated creation from Library, then select the “Report generated content” report icon on the Player screen and submit a reason with optional details.
Email: sonixifisupport@sonixpace.com (active and regularly monitored).
Reports should include enough information for us to review the issue, such as the relevant account, content, date, screenshots, or a description of the concern.
We may review reports, take action where appropriate, and use reports to improve our safety systems.
9. AI Outputs
The Service may generate audio, video, descriptions, scene interpretations, or other outputs based on uploaded images and AI model behavior.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, offensive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, relying on, or sharing them.
Sonixifi does not guarantee that AI outputs will be accurate, lawful for your specific use, non-infringing, error-free, or appropriate.
You may not use AI outputs to mislead people, impersonate others, create non-consensual intimate media, violate rights, commit fraud, or engage in illegal activity.
10. Privacy and Personal Data
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Sonixpace Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi has prepared a separate KVKK Clarification Notice at https://www.sonixifi.com/kvkk/. It must be presented when the relevant personal data are obtained. Accepting these Terms is not blanket consent to personal-data processing.
Uploaded images may contain personal data and may reveal sensitive information. Sonixifi is not designed for identity verification or biometric identification, but an image may still contain personal or special-category data under applicable law.
Personal data are processed only on an applicable legal basis under the KVKK and other applicable law. The clarification notice must identify the controller, categories and purposes, recipients and transfer purposes, collection method and legal basis, and data-subject rights. Where explicit consent is legally required, it must be specific, informed, freely given, and requested separately from the Terms and the clarification notice.
Special-category data may be processed only under a lawful KVKK Article 6 condition and with the required safeguards. International transfers, including transfers to service providers, must use a valid KVKK Article 9 transfer mechanism and must be accurately described in the clarification notice.
You may contact us at sonixifisupport@sonixpace.com to exercise applicable data protection rights, including access, correction, deletion, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other rights available under applicable law.
11. Storage, Deletion, and Retention
Retention and deletion rules are described in the Privacy Policy. Uploaded images become eligible for server deletion after a terminal generation outcome. Generated results are scheduled for server deletion after authenticated device-delivery confirmation or, if delivery is not confirmed, after no more than 24 hours.
You may request deletion of your Sonixifi account in the app by opening Library, opening the account menu, selecting My Account, selecting Delete account under Account actions, and confirming Delete. You may also use the public account-deletion page or contact sonixifisupport@sonixpace.com. Deleting a creation from the on-device Library removes app-owned local media but is not a server-side account-deletion request.
Deletion may not be immediate from backups, logs, security systems, or legal-preservation systems. We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, or maintain security.
If content is suspected to be illegal, exploitative, abusive, or related to child safety, we may preserve and disclose information as required or permitted by law.
12. Third-Party Services
The Service may rely on third-party services for authentication (Auth0), AI scene analysis (Google Gemini API), Google Play subscriptions and entitlement verification, cloud hosting and private object storage, and upload moderation (including Microsoft PhotoDNA and Google Vision SafeSearch when configured). The Android app does not currently declare advertising, analytics, attribution, push-marketing, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services except where required by applicable law.
13. Fees and Payments
Sonixifi supports Free and Pro access tiers. Pro access may require a recurring subscription purchased through Google Play.
The price, billing period, offer terms, renewal information, and applicable taxes are presented by Google Play before purchase. Usage limits and included features are shown in the Service.
Google Play processes Sonixifi subscription payments. Manage or cancel a subscription through Google Play. Deleting a Sonixifi account or uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel a Google Play subscription. Refunds are governed by Google Play policies and applicable law.
Consumer and subscription rights
Before a consumer is bound by a remote purchase or subscription, the legally required provider, service, total-price, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal, complaint, and dispute information must be shown clearly and supplied on a durable medium. Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance service contracts. Any statutory exception for immediately performed electronic services or intangible digital content may be relied on only when its legal conditions are met, including the consumer’s express prior request or consent and acknowledgement where required. Google Play purchase and refund tooling does not remove Sonixifi’s mandatory obligations as service provider. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A copy of the applicable subscription contract and required information must be made available to the consumer on paper or another durable medium. Subscription cancellation must be possible through the app-store channel used for purchase and any additional method required by applicable law.
We may change prices, introduce new fees, or modify paid features, but we will provide notice where required.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
- Upload or process content you do not have the right to use.
- Violate anyone’s privacy, image rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, attack, overload, or interfere with the Service.
- Circumvent moderation, security, authentication, access-control, or usage-limit systems.
- Use bots, automated systems, or unauthorized scripts without our written permission.
- Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except as expressly permitted.
- Misrepresent AI outputs as verified facts, professional advice, or official Sonixifi statements.
- Use the Service to create deceptive, non-consensual, exploitative, or harmful synthetic media.
- Encourage or assist anyone else in violating these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
Sonixifi and its software, design, branding, logos, interfaces, code, models, systems, documentation, and other materials are owned by Sonixifi or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Sonixifi’s intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
16. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, comments, bug reports, feature ideas, or other feedback, you grant Sonixifi a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, unless prohibited by law.
17. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, limit, or remove any part of the Service at any time.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available.
We may impose limits on uploads, storage, processing, downloads, account activity, or API usage.
18. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonixifi disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security.
We do not warrant that:
- AI outputs will be accurate or suitable.
- The Service will detect every prohibited upload.
- The Service will be free from harmful, offensive, or illegal user activity.
- Generated media will meet your expectations.
- The Service will be compatible with all devices, platforms, or use cases.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of the above may not apply to you.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonixifi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made and was not caused by a breach for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded. This provision does not reduce mandatory consumer remedies.
No provision of these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by fault, breach of mandatory consumer or data-protection duties, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. No monetary cap is stated in these Terms.
For consumers, statutory conformity, refund, withdrawal, compensation, complaint, and dispute rights remain unaffected.
20. Indemnification
If you use the Service in the course of business, then, to the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Sonixifi for third-party claims caused by your unlawful User Content or material breach of these Terms. This indemnity does not apply to consumers to the extent it would be an unfair term or otherwise unenforceable under mandatory law, and it does not cover loss caused by Sonixifi.
21. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms, created legal risk, harmed another person, uploaded prohibited content, abused the Service, or attempted to bypass safety systems.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Certain sections of these Terms will survive termination, including provisions on user responsibility, moderation, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, email, website, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms become effective on the stated date. For material changes, Sonixifi will request renewed affirmative acceptance where required by law or where the change materially affects user rights or obligations. Continued use alone will not waive accrued or mandatory rights.
23. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law and any forum language do not deprive you of mandatory protections or lawful forums, including the competent consumer arbitration committee, mandatory mediation where applicable, and competent consumer courts. Subject to those mandatory rights, disputes with non-consumer users may be heard by the courts of Ankara.
